As time has passed the Internet has grown and the standards for design have changed. By tracking these changes through the World Wide Web Consortium, using Coffeecup sortware, Adobe software, and attending Kaplan University topline-design has honed their skills and now offers the knowledge that they have acquired for your benefit.

topline-design.com was founded by Roger Cumberworth

Roger is a Coffeecup software Ambassador, now holds an Associates Degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and is nearing completion of the Bachelor of Science Information Technolgy Web Design Program at Kaplan University.
